Method Putkisto, MP Pilates, MP Outdoor Movement (with Nordic Walking Poles) & Face School/Face Clinic Courses

A Course runs for 8 consecutive weeks* consisting of 1 session per week. The Courses for 2010 run from January 4th to 11th December 2010 with a break at Easter (28th March - 11th April inclusive) and over summer (from 11th July - 5th September inclusive).

Course 1: Monday 4th January - Saturday 27th February (8 classes)
Course 2: Monday 1st March - Saturday 8th May (8 classes) - 2 week break for Easter 28th March - 11th April inclusive)
Course 3: Monday 10th May - Saturday 10th July (9 classes)
Course 4: Monday 6th September - Saturday 23rd October (7 classes)
Course 5: Monday 25th October - Saturday 11th December (7 classes)

If a client is unable to attend a class, they can “exchange” up to 3 classes within the Course provided they give notice well in advance of the class (24 hours minimum) and a replacement class is booked simultaneously (subject to availability).

With its origins in the original Pilates method.

METHOD PUTKISTO Face School/Natural Face Clinic
Duration 20 or 40 minutes

A unique MP programme that rejuvenates the facial muscles and is anti-aging. It is a fabulous programme suitable for all ages.

20 minutes:
1 Course (8 classes*) £54.64; £6.83 per class
2 Courses (16 classes*) £98.40; £6.15 per class

40 minutes:
1 Course (8 classes*) £109.36; £13.67 per class
2 Courses (16 classes*) £196.80; £12.30 per class

One-to-One Sessions

From £90 to £150/hour
(30 minute assessment sessions also available on request)

MP Introductory Workshops
(limited to 4 clients)
Duration 2 1/4 hours
Includes a copy of “The Body Lean and Lifted” DVD by Marja Putkisto (RRP £19.95).
Cost: £65

MP 30 Day Programme
An exciting programme for those who wish to make significant changes to their posture and body shape in just 1 month. For maximum results you will need to commit time and effort initially at the studio and then at home.

Basic Package (3 ¾ hours tuition including 1 hour private session during 1 day at the studio and then 3 x 45mins a week at home with a copy ("The Body, Lean and Lifted” DVD by Marja Putkisto )

MASTERCLASS WORKSHOPS
