Method Putkisto’s traditional (if not legendary) Summer break is a time for reflection and recuperation. This year it is my pleasure to introduce you to Runni Spa, located in the town of Iisalmi, at the heart of the Savo region in Finland.

At the Method Putkisto floor-work classes we will work with the programme focusing on how to stretch, elongate, lift, turn, twist, rotate, focus, visualize, imagine until even the most unaligned spine will be released to its ultimate state and aligned into an optimum position!

  • Breathing – Proper use of diaphragm will lift your body to its ultimate posture. We aim to empty our lungs from deep down to be able to refill them with pure air – this truly lifts your spirits!
    Core Strength: just feel the difference - wonderful!
  • Deep Strengthening – Exercises to build your deepest core around the sacrum making it a stable base for all movements.
Nature can have a unique effect upon our bodies. Walking on an uneven surface exercises the muscles around the spine and feet. break so special. We will be enjoying our  very special outdoor classes (MP Outdoor / MP Peak) based on Nordic Walking.

Method Putkisto 3D Natural Face Clinic has developed and has achieved profound and far-reaching results.  Smile away the years as we balance the facial muscles, free your neck, shoulders and head.  By the end of the week our heads will be in the sky and our feet on the ground – and our faces will look more alive!

PRICE 1,575€ (euro) per person INCLUDES:

  • Method Putkisto sessions: 27-29 hours in total, depending on your individual needs.
  • Individual attention: One teacher/instructor per 6 participants.
    - Private sessions can be booked during your break with a Method Putkisto instructor at the spa.
  • Accommodation - The Runni Spa hotel (www.runni.fi) is conveniently located for use of the Spa facilities – just a short walk away.  All the rooms are equipped with TV, radio, telephone, shower, WC, bathrobes and guest towels.
  • Full Board: to include buffet breakfast and lunch.
  • Entertainment: twice-weekly live music to listen to or get up and dance to!
  • Spa: free access to the facilities eg pool (all treatments at extra cost and booked in advance)
  • Transfers: between Oulu airport and Runni Spa hotel (only for the flights times below).
